Task

Situation

 Initially, I was creating up to five supplement bottles per day for different brands, each requiring unique, professional, and compliant packaging. Over time, FulfillPlex became the go-to one-stop shop for entrepreneurs creating their own nutrition labels — but to maintain speed and quality, the design process needed structure and scalability.

  • Designing hundreds of unique supplement bottles and packaging under tight timelines.
  • Ensuring everything was FDA-compliant and market-ready.
  • Creating a stock library of labels and packaging systems to accelerate new brand launches.
  • Interfacing directly with clients — many of whom had never worked with a designer at this level — and ensuring they felt supported, confident, and “hands-off” during the design process.

FulfillPlex was scaling fast as a fulfillment partner for nutrition and supplement brands. Clients wanted to launch quickly with shelf-ready packaging, but many lacked design resources.

  • Produced shelf-ready packaging (labels, bottles, 3D renders) at scale — often five products daily.
  • Developed a ready-to-print label library embedded in FulfillPlex’s workflow, allowing users to choose a SKU on the website and have packaging sent directly to design and print.
  • Delivered 3D mockups and product renders for use on Shopify, Amazon, and marketing collateral.
  • Maintained direct client relationships, gathering feedback and iterating quickly without the need for micromanagement.
